I knew absolutely nothing about wedding planning prior to our wedding at The Pelican Hill 9/5/16, so I really needed a lot of help. I’m also a perfectionistic, so I am rather picky haha. the team was super professional, friendly, and caring. They made everything really easy on us, catering to all our wishes. Even if you don’t think you need a planner, it seriously makes things so much easier on you, totally worth it. I-Jou guided me on what I needed to do to stay on schedule. Responses were super fast and I was able to meet up in person many times before the wedding. Day of the wedding, the team made sure everything was running smoothly and ontime, and that everyone knew what to do. I didn’t have to worry about anything myself. We got to sit down & eat the entire 3-course meal with cake too without feeling flustered at all. If you want to actually enjoy your big day, go find this team!! Everyone complimented us on how beautiful our wedding was, I could not be happier!!

I don't think we could have done this wedding without Ijou and her team. The venue we had our wedding required a wedding planner and I'm glad we went with them. I had no idea how much work there was involved in just getting all the paper work in order but luckily with Ijou's help everything went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about it. We had multiple meetings regarding design, the timeline and everything that was involved. The meeting that we had at the venue, Ijou was there to ask questions that we didn't think of and made sure to help answer any questions that the venue had for us later. Like any planned event, the wedding did have its share of problems but I-Jou was there to put most of the fires and I only had to deal with minimal issues that no one could foresee. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone esp. if you are reading this review.

I cannot sing higher praises for I-Jou and her team. They offer an incredibly professional, top rate service that is hard to beat (and I looked around extensively). Overall, their reliability, attentiveness, detail-orientation, and relaxing attitude toward your big day is such a priceless service and experience. You absolutely will not go wrong by entrusting your most important day in their thoughtful hands. I would recommend them to anybody interested in a first-class experience.

We had a very pleasant wedding planning experience with I-Jou and her team. They are professional, responsible and flexible. With the artistic sense, creative skills and great connections with different vendors, they planned and achieved a beautiful fairy-tale wedding for us within a relatively tight budget.
