Wedding Details: This lovely Seattle-based couple had their destination wedding here in the beautiful sunny California. With guests coming all around the globe, we blended the traditional Chinese weddings elements with the western culture. We started the day with the traditional Chinese wedding culture of the groom coming to take the bride. The groom arrives at the door, and needs to pass through a series of test to get in. Once the groom is inside, he needs to find the other pair of shoes for the bride in order to let her walk out of the room. From there one, the groom and the bride serve tea to their elders as part of the tradition.
After the traditions of the Chinese culture. the couple continued their wedding festivities in the western style. They had their first look at the gorgeous ocean-front Pelican Hill. With their 70 guests, they enjoyed their wedding at the iconic rotunda at Pelican Hill.
